sir recently i joined in drill bits manufacture company as a design engineer what are the areas i need to focus .i am fresh b.tech graduate
While you may be new to the field, Mahesh, I am totally ignorant of drill bit manufacturing. Your best bet is to speak to colleagues and managers in your new company. Most senior engineers are happy to help young engineers.
